My approach to Yin Yoga is, first and foremost, creating a sacred, safe and soft container to facilitate optimum results. 

My goal is to get my students into a parasympathetic state of being, fully relaxed, with permission to release tension and stress in the body. 

I love to nurture my students through the entire process with positive affirmations, encouraging prompts, and gentle reminders to stay in the present moment and allow distractions to fall away. 

I educate them about fascia release and what each pose is targeting. 

  • One Hour of Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga. Yin postures are more passive postures, mainly done on the floor either seated or lying down. The Benefits of Yin Yoga: Improved Sleep.   • Fifteen minutes of Breathwork and Meditation

    Breathwork is a form of active meditation utilizing breathing techniques. The International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) defines the practice as, “a dynamic body-mind practice using conscious connected breathing techniques for inner peace, enhanced health, wellbeing and personal transformation.”
